"Seven months ago I had an SMAS plication facelift, deep plane neck lift, brow lift, quad bleph, ear lobe reduction, scar remodeling, and facial fat grafting under the expert hands and eyes of Dr Moradian.I had been very happy with the way I looked after a prior lower face/neck lift 10 years prior, but thought I’d consult with Dr. Moradian just to see what he might recommend for me. I’m a longtime client of NSPS med spa and upon meeting Dr. Moradian in passing I loved his entire vibe and felt comfortable enough to schedule a consult. I ended up scheduling my surgery immediately after that initial consult and KNEW in my heart I was in the best hands. It’s always been EXTREMELY important to me that I continue to look like me. Not plastic or “done!” I’m not a big make up person and prefer to look natural, FRESH, healthy, and not tired.I’m So happy I took the leap and had my surgery with Dr. Moradian. "I went to Dr. Simon Moradian to have a lipoma on my forehead removed after years of bumping and grinding my head against the mats while training Brazilian jiu jitsu. It was a super convenient process to have it evaluated and he gave me a very reasonable price estimate. The process of removing the lipoma was almost completely painless and Dr. Simon has a great calming demeanor which really helped me to stay grounded during the procedure (local anesthetic only). I’m about three weeks out from the procedure and my surgical incision is healing well and already started to fade. He took the time to listen to me and placed the incision exactly where I wanted it (closer to my hairline). I’m extremely happy with the results and would definitely recommend Dr Moradian to others! He is also very relatable and fun to talk with."
"I can’t recommend Dr. Simon Moradian highly enough. From the very first consultation through recovery, he was exceptional in every way.His bedside manner is outstanding. He took a tremendous amount of time to talk with me, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and check in with me throughout the entire process. I never once felt rushed or dismissed, and that level of care made a huge difference for me going into surgery feeling confident and supported.The surgery itself went incredibly smoothly, and the results are truly fantastic. "I had a deep plane face and lower neck lift, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting and a chemical peel through Dr. Moradian. I LOVE looking in the mirror everyday - vain or not and it is all because of Dr. Moradian. My appointments were always on time, he never ever limited my endless questions or made them or me seem unimportant. Dr. Moradian really took his time looking at my skin and face deciding what would have the best outcome for me. I had no problem relying on him 100% as to my choices. He never rushed me when I would ask the same questions at each visit. He prepared me mentally to be ready for a change in my appearance, which I thought was very insightful. I wasn't worried about the changes though and looked forward to seeing the changes everyday because I trusted him and I was ready for this. I am going back to see him for a few more procedures as is my husband and sister. The surgery center was amazing, Monica and Kendall were so nice, caring and helped me through this. Dr. Moradian would text me during recovery and I can still text him with questions. When it came down to the surgery, Dr. Moradian was all business. "I normally go for my healthcare needs to Uchicago Medicine, but this time I ventured beyond the South Side to Northwestern Medicine's Dr Clark Schierle. I had a reduction surgery, which was well-planed, well-executed and ended in my ideal size. My motivation was health, not esthetics-related, but the esthetics of the final outcome are amazing. I was able to return to all activities, including high powered tennis within 4 weeks. For pain, I only needed Tylenol and Ibuprofen beyond the first couple of days. Follow-up visits were easy to schedule and efficient. His assistant, Monika, is amazing and answers questions within hours. If you go with Schierle, you will end up relying on her a lot and she is pleasure to work with."
"Four weeks ago, I had a mommy makeover with Dr. Schierle and I cannot recommend him and his team enough. If you want high-quality, & natural results, a caring team that is obviously passionate about what they do, then book here! They are the best in Chicago. In this practice, you can tell that everyone loves their job and they enjoy working together. I came in with a hernia and significant diastatis recti. I had capsular contraction from previous implants and the natural consequences of breastfeeding 3 children left me with uneven-looking breasts. My career as a professional dancer & fitness instructor have been impacted severely by the aftermath of 3 pregnancies. I knew that I needed to choose a medical team who would listen to my concerns, hear about my work & lifestyle and desired outcomes. When I met with Dr. Schierle and his PA, Monika, I felt incredibly safe and heard. You can actually feel the trust & teamwork between them and as a patient, that is golden! They took the time to answer all my questions and were able to speak my language as an athlete. They helped me understand what recovery will look like for me. I always felt like they were giving me a personalized, tailored approach. Monika herself is an athlete so she was able to tell me with great detail how to get back into exercise and doing daily life. This was HUGE to me. I never felt rushed by Dr. Schierle. He eased my nerves the day of the surgery and answered every single question I had. I was walking on my own immediately after surgery (though hunched over for a few weeks). I am still recovering and cannot wait for my body to be done with the healing process. "I went to Dr. Schierle to address my gynecomastia - which had been a lifelong issue that suddenly went from being a purely cosmetic flaw to a much bigger overall health issue for me over the course of a year or so. The first green flag for me was this office was the first plastic surgery practice that was willing to listen to my concerns and try billing my insurance for the surgery (coverage for the procedure was approved).Dr. Schierle himself made the entire process as positive as possible. I felt that he truly listened to me, asked thoughtful questions about my goals for the surgery, was frank and open about every aspect of my procedure and what I could realistically expect, and never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable.The team and office staff have been incredible to work with. I’ve always been able to reach someone if I had a question or concern during recovery. I never have a problem getting into the office when I’ve needed to.I knew that I had made the best decision in choosing a surgeon during my second post-surgery checkup, when Dr. Schierle recommended I hold off on any scar revision treatments for at least a year. "I received a hand-sweating Botox treatment at Northwest Med Spa River North, and I was very pleased with that. Robyn Tong is my physician assistant, who injected Botox into my hands. I have had two treatments at Med Spa under Robyn Tong and have always been satisfied. Robyn is very professional, skilled, caring, warm, patient, and considerate. The treatment was painful to me, but Robyn tried to help me reduce pain and reassure me during the Botox injection process. I felt very comfortable, familiar, and at ease under Robyn Tong's treatment. She considered combining Botox injections and medication for me to get better treatment results and reduce the dosage of Botox injections. She offered honest advice for the best results and savings. I feel very comfortable approaching Robyn to ask about treatment, medication, prices, or to schedule an appointment. Also, I like the room space where I got the treatment, as well as the overall space of Med Spa River North. It was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I always feel very comfortable, welcomed, and relaxed at Med Spa."
"I used to have big boobs. Big, uneven, heavy boobs that caused neck pain that required medical intervention and informed what kind of clothing I could comfortably wear.I found Dr Schierle through Reddit, but coincidentally knew someone who had seen him for a different procedure and knew others who had reductions. I didn't really know what to expect when I walked in the door or how my plans would take a left turn.I immediately felt comfortable with the team. I felt heard and all of my questions were answered, so I scheduled my surgery. What I didn't expect was a breast cancer diagnosis weeks later. He and my breast cancer surgeon were able to collaborate and optimize incisions so that any cancer surgery scars are gone, leaving just the reduction ones.I'm now about a year out and thrilled with my results. I'm in so much less pain and I can wear clothes I never thought possible."

"I’ve known Dr. Schierle since 2017 as one of the best plastic surgeons in Chicago. But it was proven he is THE best when I was diagnosed with melanoma in 2025 and I had a large hole left in my face after a few mohs surgeries. Dr. Schierle met with me several times to ensure the closure would be perfect for my face. Just 4 months post surgery and you can barely see the scar from 60 stitches in my cheek. He’s is THE best!"

"I am going through my second reconstruction after treatment for breast cancer. Dr Neil Fine is an amazingly patient, kind, and extremely skilled plastic surgeon. I am in the second phase of my reconstruction and just had tissue expanders placed 2 weeks ago. These temporary tissue expanders look better than my prior final reconstruction. Dr Fine somehow managed to place the expanders in such a way that I no longer have a chest depression (from mastectomy) above the implant. The appearance is pleasing and natural. The whole plastic surgery team and the Spa aestheticians are amazing. Lexy, Monica, Caroline, Barb, Morgan and everyone are super nice, knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. The Dream Team! I can't say enough about how wonderful Dr Fine and his team are."

After the procedure, I experienced quite a bit of anxiety, but Dr. Moridian was always there for me—he checked in the next day and kept in touch through texts and emails for almost two months, offering support every step of the way.His bedside manner is outstanding, and his surgical skills are truly remarkable. I am very career-oriented and don't have 2 months to take off of work. Dr Fine, on the other hand, gave me the option of a latissimus dorsi flap with a significantly shorter recovery time, lower complication rate, and better aesthetic result. He gives you his honest opinion based on 30 years of experience. He tells you the hard truths: such as that 50% of implant reconstructions fail after radiation therapy. I wish I would have known that before I started on this journey because I would have made very different choices. The icing on the cake was when he took out the infected implant in his office, which makes a woman feel really terrible and ugly and scared, and his very kind PA told me I have beautiful eyes. Wow. "I went to Robyn for Hyaluronidase after getting filler from an unqualified aesthetician who (as I learned after the procedure) apparently gave me 2 ml when I asked for 1 ml. I honestly hated how I looked with filler and was so self conscious to the point where I stayed home when I had plans to go out and covered my mouth on zoom. The filler made them look plump and pink and healthy but they were completely shapeless and made me look swollen. I went to Robyn for a partial dissolve and in just 2 visits she gave them a perfect shape. First, Robyn created such an accepting environment and totally put me at ease about the dissolving process (excellent communication, very patient with my questions). It’s a painful process but her calmness and the environment she creates when you see her make the process so much easier. "I don’t know where to start. Just so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Fine after completing 5 months of chemo & knowing a double mastectomy + reconstruction was next due to a BRCA2 mutation. Originally consulted with the surgeons at the hospital where my chemo was and I just felt very OFF with them. I called a friend of the family who is a plastic surgeon and he told me Dr Fine is who he would refer his wife to, and helped get me a consultation that same week. I knew right away that he was the most qualified person to cut me open and give me a part of myself back after the hell I went through with breast cancer. For every procedure he has performed on me, I’ve given him the final look or result I’m hoping for and I can say so far, I’ve gotten exactly that. "I had issues with an old surgery for years and visited no fewer than 15 doctors over ~8 years to find someone I could trust to address the issues. Dr. Fine and his team took time to listen to me and prepared a customized plan that addressed my needs fully. I couldn't be happier! He is truly a master of his craft - caring, focused, attentive and with low ego. He made sure I was informed and comfortable at every stage of the process and his team was in constant contact. "The care I've gotten here has been great! I see Jessica Weniger, PA, for injections and she is wonderful. Very friendly and considerate, and I don't know what I'll do if she ever leaves because I can't trust anyone else to do my lips and Botox! She's very experienced and it's been about 2 years now of multiple rounds of each and I've never had a bad outcome. 10/10. They also give northwestern and Lurie employee discounts which is great, and host events where you can come watch demonstrations. I very recently got a microneedling session done as I purchased one of their seasonal specials and I'm still evaluating the results but the experience itself was great I had Ana Ibarra and it felt very thorough, I'm really hoping it works for my skin and so far it feels like it is! This spa uses a topical numbing cream that works super well so for all procedures I hardly feel it, even the lips which are supposed to be super painful (hopefully they keep it around so I never have to know!). Overall, if you're going to get something done that has the risk for injury or damage- go to somewhere you can trust with experienced and certified providers, and I would say this office is a good place for that, don't go somewhere cheap and sketchy and risk regretting it."

"To say that I would travel any distance to see Dr Clark Schierle, is not a figure of speech. I just traveled 1,100 miles to see him, when I could have easily gone to a local plastic surgeon. I have known Clark for over twenty years, and over that time he has been a kind, compassionate, and dedicated person. I had an unsightly osteoma on the center of my forehead, which had the potential to keep growing. Having this procedure filled me with anxiety and the only person that I felt I could trust to do it was Dr Schierle. I was not disappointed. He explained what he was going to do, and his confidence and calm demeanor put me at ease instantly. Dr Schierle was able to remove the osteoma through the tiniest incision possible, when I know it would have been easier on him to make a larger incision. During the procedure, he talked me through each step, and let me know where we were at. I am now five days out from the procedure with no swelling, no bruising, and only the smallest indication of where the incision was made. Dr Schierle is the best of the best, and a true artist. I would honestly have traveled 10,000 miles to be under his care."
