The consultation was personalized, you could tell they are some of the best surgeons in the game. I never had any surgeries, so I was very nervous. But they made the process so smooth. "Absolutely incredible experience. Dr. Simon Moradian is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 8 weeks ago I underwent a breast reduction and I was of course terrified. I essentially offloaded a small newborn from my chestal region, and he was there every single step of the way. Now that I have been through this process, I cannot imagine having any other doctor. I am so grateful for whatever stars aligned to connect me with Dr. Moradian and his whole entire time. From the guidance over the phone when I first called to the insurance approval, and any time I have needed support or an appointment. He and the whole staff really come through for you. They are kind, patient, and have great bedside manner. They've gone above and beyond for me more than once. They should be the standard for any experience like this. Shout out to the entire team! I am still healing and have a ways to go but I feel so supported and cared for. Any fears I had were always assuaged by the professional and knowledgeable Dr. Moradian. I had an upper blepharoplasty, it was easy, painless and I was back to playing tennis is 9 days (don’t tell him). If you are debating, don’t, it is a good thing. "When my smartwatch started showing blood oxygen levels below 90%, I knew I needed to do something about my blocked nasal passages. What was holding me back was finding a specialist who had a similar view of the balance between form and function. I knew I needed to breathe better but I also needed reassurances that my nose would not look the worse for it. It was my lucky day when I walked through the doors of the NSPSMEDSPA and met with Dr. Shierle. He was calm, funny, honest, and supportive. He understood and had explanations for my symptoms and options for solutions. His reassurances based on experience were thoughtful and on point. His depth of knowledge was beyond impressive. September 2024, Dr. Shierle performed my septoplasty. It has been life altering. My oxygen levels are solidly above 95%. My sleep the best it’s been in memory. And although it might be because I’m no longer scrunching it up to get air, my nose looks its best ever. I would be remiss if I did not also thank the NSPSMEDSPA staff. Appointments, insurance and paperwork were all taken care expertly and with a smile. Thank you everyone."
"I don’t know where to start. Just so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Fine after completing 5 months of chemo & knowing a double mastectomy + reconstruction was next due to a BRCA2 mutation. Originally consulted with the surgeons at the hospital where my chemo was and I just felt very OFF with them. I called a friend of the family who is a plastic surgeon and he told me Dr Fine is who he would refer his wife to, and helped get me a consultation that same week. I knew right away that he was the most qualified person to cut me open and give me a part of myself back after the hell I went through with breast cancer. Not only is he wonderfully skilled, but his entire time are absolute rockstars who make you feel like you are their only patient. The PAs feel like family: Lexy, Monika, Catherine. We’ve truly laughed, cried, and everything in between together along this journey. Barb, their office manager, is the definition of professional. I’ve never met anyone more “on it” than her in my life. From filling out paperwork to scheduling appointments and surgeries, she’s so fast and responsive. Finally, my results are miraculous. I remember seeing myself in the mirror after my double mastectomy and sobbing, convinced I’d never look the same. Well, that’s true. I don’t look the same. I look BETTER than the old me. I have heard horror stories from fellow survivors about bad reconstruction and I’ve been so blessed to be with the best—experienced, kind perfectionists. "I used Dr. Schierle (along with his incredible PA Monika) for my DIEP Flap Reconstruction after my breast cancer diagnosis. I interviewed multiple plastic surgeons but opted to go with him not only for his skilled background, but his ability to be upfront and realistic with me, while simultaneously compassionate. Hopefully I`ll never need him again for oncology reconstruction needs, but I would definitely use him for any elective future plastic surgery and recommend him to anyone who is looking for a very skilled plastic surgeon!"

"Amazing service and excellent quality. This is by far the best spa here in Chicago. The quality of the surgeons and staff is top notch. Everyone is down to earth and up front with pricing and quality. I n on know exactly what I am getting here and know the quality is superior to other products and services. "I had my first appointment recently and I saw Rachel- and she was amazing! I was nervous about Botox and not sure how much to get and where, but she talked me through everything and put me at ease. She made the whole experience really lovely. I'm a week post visit and I'm seeing results, but I still look like me. She is awesome and I'd trust her for any future needs. "I have been a patient of Dr Schierle and NSPS for a few years now. I have had a few procedures done. I have enjoyed all the staff from Monika and Lexi, to Kendall, and all of the front desk staff. I have also seen Robin in the med spa and I appreciate her as well. Everyone shows great patience with me in all my questions. I have confidence in their skills and knowledge. They are an incredibly caring staff. Kendall is very helpful as a scheduler and is so thorough that she answers most of my questions before I can even ask them. I appreciate this practice very much and have no hesitation with them for any treatment or procedures they provide"
"I had issues with an old surgery for years and visited no fewer than 15 doctors over ~8 years to find someone I could trust to address the issues. Dr. Fine and his team took time to listen to me and prepared a customized plan that addressed my needs fully. I couldn't be happier! He is truly a master of his craft - caring, focused, attentive and with low ego. He made sure I was informed and comfortable at every stage of the process and his team was in constant contact. Other doctors gave me false information, spoke poorly about other MDs, suggested that they would "try" something to address my concerns, etc. It more like a sale vs a consultation with someone who had my welfare in mind. My only regret is that I didn't find Dr. Fine years ago! 10 out of 10 would recommend."
"Monika recently did the Aveli treatment on my cellulite and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I’ve tried everything over the years and nothing has worked until now. Monika makes you feel so comfortable during the consult and procedure and is great at what she does. It was worth every penny to be able to look in the mirror and see a cellulite free booty!"
"This is the ONLY place I trust with my face. I see Brittany Macleod and could not recommend her more highly! Not only is her work great, but she is a very, very gentle injector and incredibly kind and patient. I had some reservations about a specific treatment I wanted and she took the time to listen to all my concerns and address them in a way that was very educational and not at all condescending. If you are thinking of getting Botox or any type of filler, you can trust Brittany! Xx"
"The care I've gotten here has been great! I see Jessica Weniger, PA, for injections and she is wonderful. Very friendly and considerate, and I don't know what I'll do if she ever leaves because I can't trust anyone else to do my lips and Botox! She's very experienced and it's been about 2 years now of multiple rounds of each and I've never had a bad outcome. 10/10. They also give northwestern and Lurie employee discounts which is great, and host events where you can come watch demonstrations. I very recently got a microneedling session done as I purchased one of their seasonal specials and I'm still evaluating the results but the experience itself was great I had Ana Ibarra and it felt very thorough, I'm really hoping it works for my skin and so far it feels like it is! This spa uses a topical numbing cream that works super well so for all procedures I hardly feel it, even the lips which are supposed to be super painful (hopefully they keep it around so I never have to know!). Overall, if you're going to get something done that has the risk for injury or damage- go to somewhere you can trust with experienced and certified providers, and I would say this office is a good place for that, don't go somewhere cheap and sketchy and risk regretting it."
"To say that I would travel any distance to see Dr Clark Schierle, is not a figure of speech. I just traveled 1,100 miles to see him, when I could have easily gone to a local plastic surgeon. I have known Clark for over twenty years, and over that time he has been a kind, compassionate, and dedicated person. I had an unsightly osteoma on the center of my forehead, which had the potential to keep growing. Having this procedure filled me with anxiety and the only person that I felt I could trust to do it was Dr Schierle. I was not disappointed. He explained what he was going to do, and his confidence and calm demeanor put me at ease instantly. Dr Schierle was able to remove the osteoma through the tiniest incision possible, when I know it would have been easier on him to make a larger incision. During the procedure, he talked me through each step, and let me know where we were at. I am now five days out from the procedure with no swelling, no bruising, and only the smallest indication of where the incision was made. Dr Schierle is the best of the best, and a true artist. I would honestly have traveled 10,000 miles to be under his care."

She talked me through the entire process and what to expect with such ease that made me feel most comfortable. I did not think I could ever trust someone to put a needle into my face, but I trust Rachel wholeheartedly. She patiently talked through all of my concerns and gave suggestions based on not just her professional input, but also my desire not to go "all in" right away. I LOVE how the Dysport turned out and would absolutely go to Rachel again."
"I was referred here by a friend and I'm so glad I listened to her because I couldn't be happier with my experience at NSPS! Dr Schierle and his entire staff are so kind and so helpful! I got chin lipo surgery done 3 days ago and even though I'm still a little swollen I can already see amazing results! The procedure was quick and the bruising was super minimal so I was able to return to work the next day.I highly, highly recommend them!"
"Jessica is AMAZING! My friend and I recently visited her for botox treatments and could not have been happier with the results! Jessica is kind, gentle and walks you through every step on the process. We both felt extremely comfortable and trusted her 100%. I cannot express how easy and painless the whole process was. After the tiny little poke we both had minor swelling (that looked like a mosquito bite) that was gone within the hour, just as Jessica had ensured us! My friend went back a week later for lip fillers and again, had an amazing experience! They look PERFECT! I'm already looking forward to my next visit with Jessica!!"
