He received his plastic surgery training at the seven-year integrated plastic surgery residency program at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. During his residency, he gained extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, training with leading surgeons at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago's Shriners Hospital, and the Chicago Center for the Surgery of the Hand, among other institutions. Dr. Schierle reconstructed my scalp to repair extensive damage left from multiple Mohs surgeries to remove melanoma. What was catastrophic damage is now not noticeable. He has an amazing level of knowledge and skill. I am so thankful to Dr. Schierle and his wonderful staff for taking care of me.
My plastic surgeon is smarter than yours! LOL, seriously though Dr. Schierle is the GOAT! Not only is he one of the nicest doctors in Chicago, he really knows his craft. I have sent friends and colleagues to him and they all agree. He really cares about his patients and their well being. Big, big fan.
We bonded over our shared love for 90's R&B music. Dr. Schierle's bedside manner is unmatched! I am still healing from my procedure on May 15th but my breasts are looking really good if I do say so myself!!!
I can’t emphasize enough how pleased i am with my breast reduction - it had truly been life changing. From the immediate relief of severe discomfort to use of “bralettes” to better fitting clothing. And Dr. Schierle made it possible with the aide benefit of a great bedside manner. Only regret is that indid not so this sooner!
