He received his plastic surgery training at the seven-year integrated plastic surgery residency program at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL. During his residency, he gained extensive experience in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery, training with leading surgeons at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, Chicago's Shriners Hospital, and the Chicago Center for the Surgery of the Hand, among other institutions.
