"Absolutely incredible experience. Dr. Simon Moradian is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 8 weeks ago I underwent a breast reduction and I was of course terrified. I essentially offloaded a small newborn from my chestal region, and he was there every single step of the way. Now that I have been through this process, I cannot imagine having any other doctor. I am so grateful for whatever stars aligned to connect me with Dr. Moradian and his whole entire time. From the guidance over the phone when I first called to the insurance approval, and any time I have needed support or an appointment. He and the whole staff really come through for you. They are kind, patient, and have great bedside manner. They've gone above and beyond for me more than once. They should be the standard for any experience like this. Shout out to the entire team! "If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, and intuitive with the needle then go see Brittany!! She is hands down the best. I took my mom to see her for a consultation with hopes to fix a facial injury, she took the time to really listen and give her honest opinion on what would be best for treatment. After a very thorough consult, they landed on a plan for filler to improve her injury and help her feel like herself again. This treatment literally brought tears to my mom’s eyes and brought her confidence back! So go so Brittany for all of the treatments, you won’t regret it!"

"When my smartwatch started showing blood oxygen levels below 90%, I knew I needed to do something about my blocked nasal passages. What was holding me back was finding a specialist who had a similar view of the balance between form and function. I knew I needed to breathe better but I also needed reassurances that my nose would not look the worse for it. It was my lucky day when I walked through the doors of the NSPSMEDSPA and met with Dr. Shierle. He was calm, funny, honest, and supportive. He understood and had explanations for my symptoms and options for solutions. His reassurances based on experience were thoughtful and on point. His depth of knowledge was beyond impressive. September 2024, Dr. Shierle performed my septoplasty. It has been life altering. My oxygen levels are solidly above 95%. My sleep the best it’s been in memory. And although it might be because I’m no longer scrunching it up to get air, my nose looks its best ever. I would be remiss if I did not also thank the NSPSMEDSPA staff. "My first impression of Dr. Moradian was that of a man with a deep understanding of human nature. At the time I met him for my first consultation I was not aware that he was also a skilled snd talented surgeon. This I found out after my procedure! His gracious manner when explaining the procedure I was about to undergo gave me the reassurance I very much needed because I am, at heart, like many millions, one who is prone to worry about all the things that could go wrong. After my procedure I felt kind of silly that I had wasted so much energy in my obsession with thinking of what could go wrong. If you are thinking of having some kind of procedure with Dr. Moradian I would advice you to save your “worry energy” because with this doctor you really have nothing to worry about. "I went to Robyn for Hyaluronidase after getting filler from an unqualified aesthetician who (as I learned after the procedure) apparently gave me 2 ml when I asked for 1 ml. I honestly hated how I looked with filler and was so self conscious to the point where I stayed home when I had plans to go out and covered my mouth on zoom. The filler made them look plump and pink and healthy but they were completely shapeless and made me look swollen. I went to Robyn for a partial dissolve and in just 2 visits she gave them a perfect shape. First, Robyn created such an accepting environment and totally put me at ease about the dissolving process (excellent communication, very patient with my questions). It’s a painful process but her calmness and the environment she creates when you see her make the process so much easier. Robyn was so precise with where she injected the dissolver and injected in all the right places. I could never have that much articulation with my hands, she’s truly talented and amazing at what she does! After 2 visits, my lips are gorgeous and perfectly shaped to my preferences all thanks to Robyn. I will never go anywhere else."

"I don’t know where to start. Just so grateful to have been referred to Dr. Fine after completing 5 months of chemo & knowing a double mastectomy + reconstruction was next due to a BRCA2 mutation. Originally consulted with the surgeons at the hospital where my chemo was and I just felt very OFF with them. I called a friend of the family who is a plastic surgeon and he told me Dr Fine is who he would refer his wife to, and helped get me a consultation that same week. I knew right away that he was the most qualified person to cut me open and give me a part of myself back after the hell I went through with breast cancer. Not only is he wonderfully skilled, but his entire time are absolute rockstars who make you feel like you are their only patient. The PAs feel like family: Lexy, Monika, Catherine. We’ve truly laughed, cried, and everything in between together along this journey. Barb, their office manager, is the definition of professional. I’ve never met anyone more “on it” than her in my life. From filling out paperwork to scheduling appointments and surgeries, she’s so fast and responsive. Finally, my results are miraculous. I remember seeing myself in the mirror after my double mastectomy and sobbing, convinced I’d never look the same. Well, that’s true. I don’t look the same. I look BETTER than the old me. I have heard horror stories from fellow survivors about bad reconstruction and I’ve been so blessed to be with the best—experienced, kind perfectionists. "Dr Schierle is a wonderful doctor. He has operated on me twice, performing multiple procedures. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and skilled. He never makes me feel rushed or bothersome in his office, giving me all the time I need to ask questions and making me feel comfortable. One of my favorite things to say about him when I recommend him is you’ll get exactly what you ask for. For every procedure he has performed on me, I’ve given him the final look or result I’m hoping for and I can say so far, I’ve gotten exactly that. I never feel nervous because I know I can trust him and his staff. As far as recovery goes, I can say my recovery seem to go well. When other people I know have had the same procedures and have told me how their recovery went, it seems mine has been either quicker, or less bruising, less swelling, things of that nature. "I had issues with an old surgery for years and visited no fewer than 15 doctors over ~8 years to find someone I could trust to address the issues. Dr. Fine and his team took time to listen to me and prepared a customized plan that addressed my needs fully. I couldn't be happier! He is truly a master of his craft - caring, focused, attentive and with low ego. He made sure I was informed and comfortable at every stage of the process and his team was in constant contact. Other doctors gave me false information, spoke poorly about other MDs, suggested that they would "try" something to address my concerns, etc. It more like a sale vs a consultation with someone who had my welfare in mind. My only regret is that I didn't find Dr. Fine years ago! 10 out of 10 would recommend."

"The care I've gotten here has been great! I see Jessica Weniger, PA, for injections and she is wonderful. Very friendly and considerate, and I don't know what I'll do if she ever leaves because I can't trust anyone else to do my lips and Botox! She's very experienced and it's been about 2 years now of multiple rounds of each and I've never had a bad outcome. 10/10. They also give northwestern and Lurie employee discounts which is great, and host events where you can come watch demonstrations. I very recently got a microneedling session done as I purchased one of their seasonal specials and I'm still evaluating the results but the experience itself was great I had Ana Ibarra and it felt very thorough, I'm really hoping it works for my skin and so far it feels like it is! This spa uses a topical numbing cream that works super well so for all procedures I hardly feel it, even the lips which are supposed to be super painful (hopefully they keep it around so I never have to know!). Overall, if you're going to get something done that has the risk for injury or damage- go to somewhere you can trust with experienced and certified providers, and I would say this office is a good place for that, don't go somewhere cheap and sketchy and risk regretting it."

"To say that I would travel any distance to see Dr Clark Schierle, is not a figure of speech. I just traveled 1,100 miles to see him, when I could have easily gone to a local plastic surgeon. I have known Clark for over twenty years, and over that time he has been a kind, compassionate, and dedicated person. I had an unsightly osteoma on the center of my forehead, which had the potential to keep growing. Having this procedure filled me with anxiety and the only person that I felt I could trust to do it was Dr Schierle. I was not disappointed. He explained what he was going to do, and his confidence and calm demeanor put me at ease instantly. Dr Schierle was able to remove the osteoma through the tiniest incision possible, when I know it would have been easier on him to make a larger incision. During the procedure, he talked me through each step, and let me know where we were at. I am now five days out from the procedure with no swelling, no bruising, and only the smallest indication of where the incision was made. Dr Schierle is the best of the best, and a true artist. I would honestly have traveled 10,000 miles to be under his care."
