"Seven months ago I had an SMAS plication facelift, deep plane neck lift, brow lift, quad bleph, ear lobe reduction, scar remodeling, and facial fat grafting under the expert hands and eyes of Dr Moradian.I had been very happy with the way I looked after a prior lower face/neck lift 10 years prior, but thought I’d consult with Dr. Moradian just to see what he might recommend for me. I’m a longtime client of NSPS med spa and upon meeting Dr. Moradian in passing I loved his entire vibe and felt comfortable enough to schedule a consult. "Dr. Moridian was incredible from start to finish. Before the surgery, he took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, which helped ease my concerns. After the procedure, I experienced quite a bit of anxiety, but Dr. Moridian was always there for me—he checked in the next day and kept in touch through texts and emails for almost two months, offering support every step of the way.His bedside manner is outstanding, and his surgical skills are truly remarkable. I underwent a deep plane facelift, neck lift, upper and lower blepharoplasty, and a chemical peel, and the results exceeded my expectations. Remarkably, I was able to go out to eat just one week post-surgery. The transformation is absolutely wonderful. Dr. Moridian is, without a doubt, the best."
"When my daughter broke her nose in a high school sports accident, she was referred to a local ENT for surgery immediately. I wanted to make sure a plastic surgeon performed the surgery and spent hours trying to find a surgeon who would treat her. I knew that this was a very time sensitive injury that needed to be treated ASAP. Barb on Dr. Moradian’s team scheduled a consult with him very quickly and patiently answered all of the (many) questions I had. I was absolutely amazed that Dr. Moradian was able to schedule surgery the day following our consult. My daughter’s prom was one week after her surgery and Dr. Moradian was determined that she would be able to go and look like herself. No one could tell, one week later, than she had surgery, and she had a wonderful time!Dr. Moradian and everyone on his team were friendly, caring and empathic. The consultation was personalized, you could tell they are some of the best surgeons in the game. I never had any surgeries, so I was very nervous. But they made the process so smooth. I loved the results so much. They kept my natural beauty and elevated the new nose to complement my face better. Even some of my close friends wanted to book a consultation with them after seeing my new nose! 100000/10 recommend!"

What was holding me back was finding a specialist who had a similar view of the balance between form and function. I knew I needed to breathe better but I also needed reassurances that my nose would not look the worse for it. It was my lucky day when I walked through the doors of the NSPSMEDSPA and met with Dr. Shierle. He was calm, funny, honest, and supportive. He understood and had explanations for my symptoms and options for solutions. His reassurances based on experience were thoughtful and on point. His depth of knowledge was beyond impressive. September 2024, Dr. Shierle performed my septoplasty. It has been life altering. My oxygen levels are solidly above 95%. My sleep the best it’s been in memory.
