"Seven months ago I had an SMAS plication facelift, deep plane neck lift, brow lift, quad bleph, ear lobe reduction, scar remodeling, and facial fat grafting under the expert hands and eyes of Dr Moradian.I had been very happy with the way I looked after a prior lower face/neck lift 10 years prior, but thought I’d consult with Dr. Moradian just to see what he might recommend for me. I’m a longtime client of NSPS med spa and upon meeting Dr. Moradian in passing I loved his entire vibe and felt comfortable enough to schedule a consult. "I can’t recommend Dr. Simon Moradian highly enough. From the very first consultation through recovery, he was exceptional in every way.His bedside manner is outstanding. He took a tremendous amount of time to talk with me, answer all of my questions thoroughly, and check in with me throughout the entire process. "I had a deep plane face and lower neck lift, lower blepharoplasty, fat grafting and a chemical peel through Dr. Moradian. I LOVE looking in the mirror everyday - vain or not and it is all because of Dr. Moradian. My appointments were always on time, he never ever limited my endless questions or made them or me seem unimportant. Dr. Moradian really took his time looking at my skin and face deciding what would have the best outcome for me. I had no problem relying on him 100% as to my choices. He never rushed me when I would ask the same questions at each visit. He prepared me mentally to be ready for a change in my appearance, which I thought was very insightful. I wasn't worried about the changes though and looked forward to seeing the changes everyday because I trusted him and I was ready for this. I am going back to see him for a few more procedures as is my husband and sister. The surgery center was amazing, Monica and Kendall were so nice, caring and helped me through this. "I went to Dr. Schierle to address my gynecomastia - which had been a lifelong issue that suddenly went from being a purely cosmetic flaw to a much bigger overall health issue for me over the course of a year or so. The first green flag for me was this office was the first plastic surgery practice that was willing to listen to my concerns and try billing my insurance for the surgery (coverage for the procedure was approved).Dr. Schierle himself made the entire process as positive as possible. I felt that he truly listened to me, asked thoughtful questions about my goals for the surgery, was frank and open about every aspect of my procedure and what I could realistically expect, and never once made me feel judged or uncomfortable.The team and office staff have been incredible to work with. I’ve always been able to reach someone if I had a question or concern during recovery. I never have a problem getting into the office when I’ve needed to.I knew that I had made the best decision in choosing a surgeon during my second post-surgery checkup, when Dr. Schierle recommended I hold off on any scar revision treatments for at least a year. After the procedure, I experienced quite a bit of anxiety, but Dr. Moridian was always there for me—he checked in the next day and kept in touch through texts and emails for almost two months, offering support every step of the way.His bedside manner is outstanding, and his surgical skills are truly remarkable. "When my daughter broke her nose in a high school sports accident, she was referred to a local ENT for surgery immediately. I wanted to make sure a plastic surgeon performed the surgery and spent hours trying to find a surgeon who would treat her. I knew that this was a very time sensitive injury that needed to be treated ASAP. Barb on Dr. Moradian’s team scheduled a consult with him very quickly and patiently answered all of the (many) questions I had. I was absolutely amazed that Dr. Moradian was able to schedule surgery the day following our consult. My daughter’s prom was one week after her surgery and Dr. Moradian was determined that she would be able to go and look like herself. No one could tell, one week later, than she had surgery, and she had a wonderful time!Dr. Moradian and everyone on his team were friendly, caring and empathic. "I will continually recommend and refer my friends and family to Northwestern Plastics. I underwent a breast augmentation yesterday and feel great! My pre-operative experience was nothing but detailed, understood, and all my concerns and questions were answered by Dr. Moradian and his amazing PA, Monika. I will speak highly of the faculty because you are always warmly greeted by the front desk and Kendall makes your logistical arrangements seamless!During the day of my procedure, I felt ZERO anxiety and the experience was very pleasant and passionate from all the nurses and the anesthesiologist. Prior to going into the OR, Dr. Moradian came into the room to greet me and mark me up - this was indicative of how passionate he was because he asked me if I had any last minute questions and concerns. Another small but impactful statement he said was “I’ve studied your aesthetic wants/inspirational pictures of what you would want and know exactly what to do”. This shows me compassion, the drive to make me feel heard, to how much thought and detail he has put into this artistry.Overall, I am extremely happy and when I am healed - I will update my pictures! "I visited Dr Fine and his team after a failed breast reconstruction after being treated for cancer with mastectomy, chemo and radiation. From the first visit, there were noticeable differences between my prior surgeon and him. He and his team are empathetic and make their patients feel at ease and cared for. At each visit, he and his team have spent a lot of time with me. The visits never feel rushed. At my first visit, he looked at my infected reconstructed breast with an exposed implant and calmly explained what was necessary to fix it. He then explained the procedure he thought would be helpful and showed me before and after pictures of patients who had undergone the suggested surgery. The end result was gorgeous, by the way, in all of these pictures---even in post radiation patients. In this visit alone, he spent more time with me than my prior surgeon had spent with me over multiple visits. He answered all my very detailed questions. In my first visit with my prior surgeon, before my mastectomy, my husband and I were left alone in an exam room for about an hour with a saline-filled implant and silicone-filled implant on the counter to look at. The surgeon I went to before spent about 20 minutes with me in that visit and did not go into detail. The choices presented to me were implant reconstruction with saline- or silicone-filled implants or an abdominal flap procedure that takes 2-4 months to recover from. I am very career-oriented and don't have 2 months to take off of work. Dr Fine, on the other hand, gave me the option of a latissimus dorsi flap with a significantly shorter recovery time, lower complication rate, and better aesthetic result. He gives you his honest opinion based on 30 years of experience. He tells you the hard truths: such as that 50% of implant reconstructions fail after radiation therapy. I wish I would have known that before I started on this journey because I would have made very different choices. The icing on the cake was when he took out the infected implant in his office, which makes a woman feel really terrible and ugly and scared, and his very kind PA told me I have beautiful eyes. Wow. What a caring team."

Dr. Simon Moradian is one of the kindest and most professional doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 8 weeks ago I underwent a breast reduction and I was of course terrified. I essentially offloaded a small newborn from my chestal region, and he was there every single step of the way. Now that I have been through this process, I cannot imagine having any other doctor. I am so grateful for whatever stars aligned to connect me with Dr. Moradian and his whole entire time. From the guidance over the phone when I first called to the insurance approval, and any time I have needed support or an appointment. He and the whole staff really come through for you. I took my mom to see her for a consultation with hopes to fix a facial injury, she took the time to really listen and give her honest opinion on what would be best for treatment. "I visited Robyn for Botox and filler and, while I’m quite selective and not one to throw around superlatives lightly, she’s the best injector I’ve ever had (and I’ve been getting injectables for years!). She listened closely to my needs, understood them, and implemented everything beautifully, gently, and painlessly. Her injection technique minimizes pain and discomfort, plus she’s super quick. The staff, especially Courtney, are warm, welcoming, and personable. The space is beautiful and, together with the sweet staff, it all makes for a great experience."

"The care I've gotten here has been great! I see Jessica Weniger, PA, for injections and she is wonderful. Very friendly and considerate, and I don't know what I'll do if she ever leaves because I can't trust anyone else to do my lips and Botox! She's very experienced and it's been about 2 years now of multiple rounds of each and I've never had a bad outcome. 10/10. They also give northwestern and Lurie employee discounts which is great, and host events where you can come watch demonstrations. I very recently got a microneedling session done as I purchased one of their seasonal specials and I'm still evaluating the results but the experience itself was great I had Ana Ibarra and it felt very thorough, I'm really hoping it works for my skin and so far it feels like it is! This spa uses a topical numbing cream that works super well so for all procedures I hardly feel it, even the lips which are supposed to be super painful (hopefully they keep it around so I never have to know!). Overall, if you're going to get something done that has the risk for injury or damage- go to somewhere you can trust with experienced and certified providers, and I would say this office is a good place for that, don't go somewhere cheap and sketchy and risk regretting it."
"Jessica is AMAZING! My friend and I recently visited her for botox treatments and could not have been happier with the results! Jessica is kind, gentle and walks you through every step on the process. We both felt extremely comfortable and trusted her 100%. I cannot express how easy and painless the whole process was. After the tiny little poke we both had minor swelling (that looked like a mosquito bite) that was gone within the hour, just as Jessica had ensured us! My friend went back a week later for lip fillers and again, had an amazing experience! They look PERFECT! I'm already looking forward to my next visit with Jessica!!"
